With over 12 years of SaaS experience across marketing, product management, and legal content roles, I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging content that drives customer growth and advocacy for Everlaw, a leading cloud-based litigation platform. I have a strong background in research and writing, having studied sociology and feminist studies at UC Santa Barbara.As the Director of Customer Marketing, I hired and now have the pleasure to lead a talented team of customer marketers, advocacy managers, and a community manager. We are responsible for supporting a rapidly growing customer base, producing high-quality written content, webinars, videos and case studies, growing a 1000+ person user community, and rolling out a scaled customer reference program. We also leverage data to analyze and optimize our campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing content and strategy. I am proud of our achievements, such as reaching #1 in a crowded category of software reviews, and telling our customers' inspiring stories.
