As a state prosecutor for 14 years, I have investigated and prosecuted hundreds of cases involving financial crimes, terrorism, violent felonies, and other criminal offenses. I have a proven track record of investigating complex white collar offenses, litigating trials to verdict, securing top count convictions, and obtaining significant sentences for perpetrators of crimes. I regularly collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations, speak at outreach events, and present CLEs to prevent/combat fraud, educate the public, and protect the integrity of the real estate market.As Deputy Bureau Chief of the Housing & Worker Protection Bureau, I help manage a bureau of attorneys, support staff, and detectives in their investigations and prosecutions. As Chief of the Real Estate Theft Unit, I oversee and direct the investigation and prosecution of complex and large-scale financial crimes involving real estate fraud, mortgage fraud, deed theft, and other schemes that target homeowners, buyers, and lenders.
