Rachel joined Eliot Partnership in 2014, initially based in the Singapore office, returning to London in August 2016. Rachel has been working in Insurance focused executive search since 2007, having joined a boutique as a Researcher working on a diverse range of searches in the London, Continental Europe and Bermuda (re)insurance markets. In 2012, Rachel moved into a medium sized insurance recruitment firm responsible for account management, client development and the execution of mid to executive level recruitment and search. Her particular emphasis was on Broking, Claims and Underwriting disciplines. In 2013, Rachel relocated to Singapore where she continued to deliver leadership talent resourcing solutions across multiple product lines, disciplines and territories.Rachel holds a BA in Hispanic Studies and Portuguese from Birkbeck, University of London and is fluent in Spanish having spent over seven years in Madrid.
