My passion and curiosity for learning grounds my commitment to creating a strong company culture that empowers employees to thrive. As former Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for North America at Merz Therapeutics, I led human resources, learning and development, corporate communications, facilities, and meeting planning in pursuit of their mission to bring better outcomes for more patients. I joined Merz in 2009 to lead the organizational integration in preparation for their entry into the neurosciences and aesthetics marketplace in the U.S. Since then, I have held various leadership roles, including serving on the global HR team, becoming the Regional Head of Human Resources for Latin America in 2016. Before joining Merz, I held various roles at ScriptLogic and APEX Analytix.
