From 2017 I was an active member of the Diversity Caucus and for two years (2017 - 2019), I was the Chair of Women on Campus.Accomplishments: Improved organizational awareness of the AUT Foundation by focusing on digital enablement and driving stakeholder engagement. This resulted in the Foundation team becoming key stakeholders in the formulation of a donation rather than finding out about it after the event.Led an audit of the existing Diversity Strategy with a focus on adoption. Streamlined the 25-page Diversity Strategy into a 15-page document. Engaged with over 30 separate parties to review and address 73 possible action points. Show less
