Worked with hiring teams across the organization to source, recruit, and hire candidates. Recruited for all types of roles, including Data, Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and more.

Supported clients in the implementation and configuration of our SaaS platform, managing client programs and projects from inception to execution. In practice, this looked like a lot of requirements gathering, project conceptualization, upselling, providing status and budget updates to clients, and working iteratively and cross functionally with internal teams to drive each project forward. In tandem, supported our technical teams in prioritization and QA in order to deliver projects as expected and on time.

Managed the full life cycle of recruiting in all departments, with a focus on:• sourcing and recruiting candidates for technical roles• driving key metrics like number of applicants and time to fill• sustaining a positive and consistent candidate experience • researching and implementing new DEI recruiting processes

I wore many hats on the People + Ops team, most notable of which were:• managed the full life cycle of recruiting for candidates across departments• spearheaded “Meeting Magic” culture initiative, transforming our company-wide meeting culture to better reflect our company values and improve the employee experience• constantly experimented and iterated new processes, programs, and philosophies to positively evolve the company culture and drive employee engagement

Managed all things content for an online insurance firm, including: • constant research to keep up with the long term care insurance industry• publishing daily articles about the LTCI, aging, and health space, both on the company blog and on major online publications like Forbes • managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter) to drive site traffic• writing and submitting monthly industry related press releases

Led a team of 12 photography + editorial journalism interns, project managed our weekly assignments and shoots, and produced regular content for weekly blog posts, local event photo albums, and social media marketing campaigns.

Wrote in-depth pieces for a jam-band focused publication, including:• Detailed breakdown + analysis of live concerts• Interviews of artists and musicians • Promotional articles for upcoming shows and events
