Managing client's experience for technology needs in warrooms and courtrooms nationally.

As a Juvenile Probation Officer, I independently performed the full array of case management duties, was routinely assigned a caseload of varying difficulty as an Intake Officer, developed and implemented individualized rehabilitation services, including secure and non-secure levels of probation, probation rehabilitation and detention of juvenile offenders and restoration of victims and communities. Conducted risk and need assessments, performed intake and disposition investigations, and documented decisions and outcomes. Participated in treatment planning and implementation, court processes and procedures. As an officer of the court, I was also responsible for case presentation and testimony.

As a residential counselor at a facility which provides residential, clinical, and educational services to males ranging in age from six to 18 with behavioral and emotional disorders, including thinking impairments, self-destructive behaviors and defiance to authority, I monitored the residents and coordinated managed day to day operations.
