The job entailed managing the Credit Union's largest department, including overseeing all Member Relations including savings and loans across three branches and providing guidance and mentoring to the team. My duties include the management and monitoring of the loans portfolio, ensuring security, delinquency and collections are kept under control.

Joined the BS&T Employees Co-operative Credit Union in March 2011 looking for a new challenge. Here, I provide strong support to the General Manager, Marketing Officer and form part of the Management Team. My duties include but are not limited to Secretarial support, HR Management and recruitment, providing support to the Board of Directors and various committees, coordinating all events, controlling and maintaining the Fixed Assets of the Credit Union, managing and controlling the security and filing system, overall Office Management and relieving other members of Management when required . I embrace challenges and work well under pressure.

Was the Assistant to the Deputy General Manager before he retired. After his retirement I remained as an Assistant in the Admin Department providing support throughout the Company from Accounts department, HR Department, Purchasing Department, Pinnacle Feeds. Trained in IOSH Health & Safety, sat on the Health & Safety Committee and was trained as an ISO Auditor. Well rounded individual.
