Technical work included: Technical Advisor, Nepal Health Sector Support Project, supporting the Ministry of Health develop a district hospital RMNH quality of care framework and supporting the development of a new HMIS; Technical Lead on the developing and testing a low resource tool for gathering real-time EmONC readiness data in 6 African countries; Evaluation Lead for two health worker satisfaction and motivation programmes in Sierra Leone; Lead a team of consultants designing six new innovations for strengthening maternal and newborn health outcomes in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Sierra Leone; Operations Research Consultant, Nepal Health Sector Support Project focusing on integrating EPI/FP services, improving quality of post-natal care and strengthening IUCD services.
