- Develop and implement social media strategy and best practices across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) - Develop and publish engaging content to build brand and product awareness to our social media communities.- Manage social media campaigns and oversee day-to-day activities- Develop and implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns. This includes planning an editorial calendar, creative strategy and briefs and some copywriting- Work within the organization to develop category specific content to support the education and engagement of our online consumers.- Work with the design team on the graphic design and visuals to support digital content.- Develop processes for the effective and efficient assignment, collection, and publishing of digital content from internal collaborators (editorial type role). Ensure consistent “voice” of all online content.- Ensure all social media platforms are updated and maintained consistently.- Implement Social Listening program and develop supporting analysis/ reporting.- Develop campaigns to acquire new followers across our social media sites.- Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans- Monitor and evaluate competitor activity in the social and digital space to adapt and modify short- and long-term programs as needed in alignment with company objectives.- Ability to utilize editorial background with marketing experience to create, improve and optimize digital and social content.- Utilize various social analytics tools, including Google analytics, to optimize content performance and develop strategy and creative- Measure the impact of all social media efforts, specifically in driving increased engagement with the community and traffic to website- Develops both monthly & quarterly reports to track progress across social reach through both paid and organic tactics
