Responsible for receiving, managing, and converting all customer-supplied design files into proof and press-ready production artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat. The finished printed product is directly dependent upon effective and accurate file preparation.As a Structural Die Designer, some of my responsibilities include designing innovative packaging solutions for folding cartons and pressure-sensitive labels using Artios CAD, as well as cutting carton and label samples on the Kongsberg Cutting Table.

During my four-month internship at Jones Healthcare Group, I provided support within the Continuous Improvement department by assisting in the development of processes while working directly for the Manager of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.Tasks included; updating job training templates for each department using Microsoft Excel, managing this quarter's knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) updates, closing action items collected during weekly continuous improvement meetings, and developing new Kaizen programs according to internal recommendations.
