Established marketing goals/strategies by creating comprehensive marketing plans for the hospital and individual service lines. Worked under the direction of the CEO to facilitate internal communication along with external media communication. Responsible for coordinating all office functions of the Executive Team. Managed and coordinated meetings and calendars as well as assisted on various projects as directed by the CEO. Facilitated the schedule and duties for the Board of Directors. Coordinated arrangements for in and out of hospital meetings including arrangements for meeting rooms, meals, equipment, and hotel/travel arrangements. Responsible for the development of presentations, memos, letters and reports.

Coordinated, managed and marketed special events in the community including: Walleye Weekend, a four day annual outdoor festival; Taste of Fond du Lac; a one day event showcasing area restaurants; an annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner; and assisting other organizations with various events including speakers and benefit concerts. In this role I was involved in the creation and coordination of all events, along with marketing each event. I was responsible for interviewing, writing and editing press releases, magazine articles, along with developing copy for advertisements. I served as a main communication contact for vendors, sponsors, volunteers and board members. I assisted with recruitment of volunteers and interns to participate in all events. I was accountable for developing sponsorship proposals and presentations, along with maintaining databases.
