The Diverse Leaders Fellowship (DLF) is designed to identify our diverse talent and invest in their development, while also strengthening our leadership pipeline at Noble. This pathway will enhance the experience of its participants through supplemental professional development, networking opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring.

The Noble Management Accelerator is Noble Network's mid-level management development program, designed to provide developing and mid-level managers with the tools they need to lead and manage teams more effectively.

Vector Communications is a public engagement and communications consulting firm, specializing in building bridges between public policy makers and citizens. In issues such as transportation, healthcare, education, economic development and the environment, we provide clients with clear market objectives, innovative communication techniques and engagement strategies to develop and implement successful public policy initiatives and build relationships.Professional contributions include:- Developed and implemented comprehensive marketing and communications plans, often for "hard to reach" communities;- Developed and managed public and media relations campaigns for corporate, government and non profit clients;- Facilitated various planning sessions with boards, community stakeholder, departments, and volunteers; - Managed more than $1,000,000 advertising, marketing and promotions budgets;- Produced and edited award winning promotional videos, television and radio commercials;- Wrote copy and designed communications material for print, television, online and interactive media;- Developed and implemented social media strategies using: Facebook; Twitter; LinkedIn; Flickr; YouTube; Vimeo; and Scribd;- Planned and executed special events such as: regional conferences; fundraisers; ribbon cuttings; corporate and public meetings; and technical workshops;- Increased company revenue through business and partnership development

SLBDI is a collaborative effort to help companies and firms in the St. Louis region be better positioned to attract and retain a talented, diverse workforce and develop a diverse supplier base. It is also being launched to connect minority students and other prospective employees to employers and to connect minority suppliers to purchasers.
