'Lead With Coaching' Leadership And Team Development Coach & Trainer
Never before have leadership skills been more needed in families, communities, healthcare and business. Increased frustration with red tape and reduced optimism about the evolution of humanity are increasing burnout, stress and despondency. As a pharmacist, business owner, parent and leadership coach, I believe that our ability to care for others (customers, colleagues, team members, family) is critically dependent on ensuring our own needs are met. If we don’t prioritise personal leadership (self-care), the quality of our care for others is diminished, negatively impacting our personal, professional and business relationships. We cannot give what we do not have. I believe that self-care should be THE foundational principle in our personal and professional code of conduct. Research shows that personal leadership deficits create stress and overwhelm, negatively affects decision making and communication skills such as listening and being present. Furthermore, poor leadership increases incidence of errors, reduces empathy and causes burn-out. Will-power and immune function reduce and our ability to sustain health is compromised. Personal leadership is not something to fit in "when we have time". It is a professional duty.To prioritise the health, welfare, care and safety of our those we lead we must consistently demonstrate leadership by prioritising our own health, welfare, care and safety needs. 4Front has developed a range of online and onsite personal, professional and business development programmes, tailored to your needs. Through individual and team coaching and training, 4Front's L.E.A.D. solutions centre on LEADERSHIP,ENGAGEMENT of others,ALIGNMENT (Personal, Professional and Organisational),DISCIPLINE to consistently execute to deliver results. If you are ready to reduce distractions, increase productivity and focus on what is most important, please personal message me. I look forward to exploring possibilities with you.

Coaches often choose supervision when they seek:Reflective Practice: Coaching Supervision allows coaches to explore complex client cases, ethical concerns & personal triggers, fostering a profound understanding of their coaching style and approach.Advanced Skill Development: For coaches striving for mastery, supervision enables coaches to refine their techniques, handle challenging client situations, and broaden their coaching repertoire.Ethical Navigation: Supervision provides a secure environment to discuss ethical concerns, ensuring coaches navigate dilemmas with integrity, aligning their practice with ethical guidelines and professional standards. For Team Coach Practitioners: Supervision delves into team dynamics, working with a co-coach and systemic issues unique to team coaching contexts. By participating in supervision, team coaches refine their interventions, align their strategies with organisational goals, and navigate the complexities of team dynamics.Meeting credentialing or renewal criteria. Programme Coordinator
The Medical Coaching Learning Community (MCLC) was a 2-year collaboration between ICF Ireland Chapter and the Medical Coaching Institute. It was a dynamic platform for professional excellence providing cutting-edge content in order to support anyone working with clients (patients and caregivers) dealing with a medical crisis or living with a chronic illness. It is about creating a structure for change, empowerment and fulfillment, for the sake of enhancing their well-being. It is about helping a patient / client to find their own answers and solutions.Participants were eligible for International Coaching Federation Continuing Coach Education Units upon attendance of each LIVE masterclass and submission of feedback.Being part of this Medical Coaching Learning Community provided participants with cutting edge tools, techniques and methodologies to enable them to deliver person-centred care (versus disease-centred care) even more effectively.
Peer Support Pharmacist
I was a member of the inaugural group of 37 peer support pharmacists whose role was to engage with pharmacist colleagues and to support the integration of the new CPD framework into their pharmacy practice. Peer support pharmacists serve as a liaison between the Institute of Pharmacy and individual members of the profession and facilitate information sharing evenings to encourage member engagement. As new elements of the CPD system were piloted (e.g. the e-portfolio and practice review) and rolled out to the profession, peer support pharmacists provide education, motivation and practical support to colleagues at local level and promote a culture of peer learning and reflective practice.
Community Pharmacist Superintendent
As Superintendent and Supervising Pharmacist, my vision was (and continues to be) to support the expansion and integration of the professional role of community pharmacy teams at the heart of our communities. I believe that it is critical that EVERYONE in the pharmacy is aligned with the delivery of pharmacy excellence, not just the pharmacist. And so I consistently advocated for raising the knowledge, skill, professionalism, competence and engagement of the whole team to enhance the delivery of pharmacy excellence.I am passionately dedicated to assisting patients to proactively manage their health and well-being through effective patient consultations, pharmacy health screening and food intolerance testing services. A natural progression was for me to lead my team to collaborate to deliver successful pharmacy health screening programmes, pharmacy health promotion in-store programmes and multi-disciplinary community events in association with patient support groups such as the Migraine Association of Ireland, the Diabetes Federation, Arthritis Ireland, the Irish Heart Foundation and the Irish Cancer Society. As a result of implementing these initiatives, OTC sales increased by 21%, at a time when the National average was -5%. During my employment, I acted as professional liaison with the PSI on behalf of my employer and guided them through the new inspection and registration process for a Retail Pharmacy Business with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland under the Pharmacy Act 2007.
