I maintained a caseload of up to 75 clients (adults and youth). With my clients I conducted assessments to ensure they were prepared to begin the program while providing them pertinent referrals. Also I facilitated job readiness workshops covering various topics. I utilized my interest in being a team player and working across teams to:- Successfully coordinate a Clothing Closet by securing donated clothing; ensured all clients had adequate work attire.- Organize and coordinate a weight loss challenge for co-workers- Assisted with employee focused events, i.e. job fairs, on the job training, etc.
