As Deputy Cluster Manager, I am dedicated to driving both operational efficiency and strategic growth within our cluster. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively, while identifying and implementing improvements to optimize performance. Strategically, I am involved in leveraging EU funding by designing and implementing projects through regional, national, European and cross-border cooperation programs (Interreg) between organizations and academic institutions that are part of our cluster. By leveraging these funding opportunities, I help to drive innovative initiatives that support our strategic objectives and promote innovation towards more sustainable construction.
