Ms. Eberhard is the founder and managing principal of Apiary Community Consulting, a consultancy that guides planning and development processes to build more equitable and inclusive communities. Prior to forming Apiary CC, Ms. Eberhard worked in the acquisitions group at Enterprise Community Investment which serves as a national low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndication firm. Her team managed investments in multifamily affordable housing with a focus on sponsors based in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, southern Virginia, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Ms. Eberhard began her consulting career in Washington, D.C. with IBM and Accenture serving mission-driven organizations, local communities and federal government. Her work with IBM’s City Forward inspired her to earn her Master’s degree in City & Regional Planning at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and devote her career to improving and empowering communities.
