Connecting with people and building relationships has been my favorite part of every experience I have had - both professionally and personally. I've specialized in Community Outreach and Partnership with a specific interest in LGBTQ+ and Women's Health, two fields that are supported by my Community Health major and Spanish language minor. I love working in a team, getting outside my comfort zone, and offering support and guidance to the community around me -- wherever that may be. And with an additional English minor, I have excellent communication skills both oral and written.I am currently a Research Analyst with the Higher Education practice at McAllister & Quinn in Washington, D.C. In this role, I channel my passion for educational outreach and access by exploring funding opportunities for institutions of higher education, identifying client needs, and streamlining projects through my organizational skills and creative strategies.
