Rachele is the cofounder of Blue Dot, the only promotional products company 100% dedicated to sustainability and a Pending B Corp. Rachele also is a business strategy and fundraising consultant, working with early stage companies who have a passion for making a positive impact in the world. Previously, she was the Director of Operations and Finance for Investors’ Circle, where she drove operations, managed all financial activity, and guided internal strategy and resource allocation. In this role, she helped hundreds of social entrepreneurs raise millions of dollars from impact investors. Prior to Investors’ Circle, Rachele managed and operated online advertising businesses at Yahoo and AOL. Rachele has extensive international business experience, having worked across the US, UK, Europe, Kenya, Tanzania, Nicaragua, and Colombia. She has an MBA from NYU Stern and is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
