Current• Focuses on instructional support for 80 students across 14 teachers, offering support and training on best practices, learning models, and effective training techniques for special populations • Crafts and establishes performance improvement plans and instructional strategies aligned to compliance standards after identifying high-risk students in need of specific remedial intervention • Creates step-by-step instructional directions and assignments to engage students with curriculum • Leads cross-disciplinary discussions on learning resources, training techniques, and strategies with department members to differentiate learning materials for small groups or individualized support • Prepares and conducts training for 50+ teachers on accommodations available, support techniques, department processes, stakeholder engagement, and compliance requirements • Offers individual coaching to instructors in need of additional support and feedback on best practices • Encourages positive conversations with stakeholders and clients through conflict resolution training • Plans and coordinates employee engagement events, activities, and initiatives to build team morale • Organizes annual stakeholder engagement and client-focused events for 600+ students and parents• Manages department’s budget and distributes funds based on events, inventory, and supplied needed• Serves as a member of the administrative leadership team, offering insight and recommendations on improvements, new hires, goals, and mission-aligned efforts that move the organization forward • Implements curriculum and technology throughout the department and organization, streamlining integration processes and assisting with the identification of resources, beneficial features, and tools• Develops organizational processes for documents and supporting documents related to 300+ students• Assists with safety protocol, business continuity, and transitions to virtual learning and digital resources
