Through this, I found my passion for being a coach, a "hype woman", who provided tangible takeaways to help individuals and team members GO FOR IT.I realized I wanted to spread my passion for team member engagement + growth and development to as many individuals and teams as I could!And, Mae We All: Growth & Development was born! A modernized approach to teams and young professionals to grow into their FAVORITE versions of themselves. We do this through team trainings, DiSC discovery sessions, Vision and Goal Workshops Creation and powerful presentations. I am also a cross country coach + Dale Carnegie Facilitator.
