An experienced Vice President, my focus is program management for Mergers & Acquisitions programs, providing strategic insight and executing the actual operational aspects in complex corporate transformations. I bring this foundation of execution alongside a strong business development background. Currently, at Nota Consulting, our unique boutique approach allows us to successfully execute successful reorganizations, integrations, cost savings, divestitures, and carve outs, ensuring seamless transitions and value creation for our clients. We serve both private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Having worked in various capacities prior to my current role, such as Chief of Staff, one of my core strengths is supporting C-suite level executives as well as coordinating with smaller project teams. My experience has allowed me also to work in various industries (federal, commercial, non-profit) and I've used those experiences to hone my approach to both leadership and an ability to engage those at all levels of an organization.
