Hello! As an MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Public & Private Sector Leadership and Health Care Management, I’m driven by a deep passion for improving healthcare systems and making a positive impact on patient care. My journey in healthcare administration started with a strong foundation from Central Michigan University, and it’s only grown from there.Currently, I’m proud to work as a Program Coordinator at Karmanos Cancer Institute, where I get to bring ideas to life that enhance cancer care across our network. Whether it’s developing innovative community outreach programs or creating resources for cancer screening and health events, I thrive in roles that allow me to build connections and make a tangible difference. One of my favorite projects has been implementing e-tumor boards, giving providers and patients better access to collaborative care.Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—from patient access and support roles to project management and even human resources. I’ve learned that at the core of every successful initiative is strong communication, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to adapt quickly.
