Starting my career in the Financial industry taught me that I love working with clients, that I have a knack for numbers/structure, and that my History degree was insufficient. After getting my MBA, I transitioned to the consulting world and spent 4 years partnering with clients to facilitate HR transformation projects.I loved working with clients to solve their business problems and maximize their opportunities, but decided to get off the road and take a permanent position with ACS (Xerox/Conduent) in 2009. In that role, I owned the Consulting (TPA) channel and was responsible for proactively educating my partners on our capabilities and partnering with Sales during advisor-led pursuits to ensure success.I joined Businessolver, a best-of-breed Benefits technology and service provider, in 2012. In my role with Businessolver, I managed our relationships with consultants / TPAs, was responsible for Enterprise growth and designed/delivered internal Sales training. I joined Grand Rounds, a game-changing Healthcare business with a mission to improve the standard of Healthcare for everyone, everywhere, in 2019. At Grand Rounds, I was responsible for the Central, Southwestern and Western regions, with a focus on both new logo growth and current customer expansion. I left Grand Rounds to lead Sales at Carrot Fertility. As a proud adoptive mom, I know first-hand how challenging and overwhelming navigating fertility challenges can be. Carrot makes fertility benefits accessible to every employee while also delivering meaningful savings and improved outcomes. In my role at Carrot, I led the full employer sales growth team, including both pipeline generation and execution. Today, I lead the employer sales team at Noom and absolutely love what I do. We have an amazing team and and an amazing solution, and I'm inspired every day by what we're building together. Throughout my career, I've witnessed the power of a positive corporate culture first-hand and have developed a deep appreciation for companies that invest in culture-building. I've directed this passion towards the Culturati Summit, where I serve on the Steering Committee, and The Culture Book, where I acted as Executive Editor. On a personal note, I kill it in the kitchen, am a voracious reader, and am the proud mom of two crazy kiddos. After 20 years in Austin, we recently relocated to a village in New Mexico.
