This is a hugely varied and interesting role. I spend much of my time supporting the team in capital raising efforts and new product development, whilst also having oversight of all HR/Legal/Compliance/Operation/Technology/ESG elements pertaining to the business. As Global Funds Counsel, I was responsible for fund structuring and commercial terms, market terms, operating issues, managing external counsel, document preparation and marketing advice (i.e., legal issues and review of investor documentation) with respect to all co-mingled funds across the global LaSalle platform.

Advised on the structuring, establishment, listing, management and marketing of both open and closed-ended investment funds (including hedge, debt, private equity, real estate, funds of funds and commodities-related structured products), as well as advising on corporate, regulatory and general compliance issues. Qualified in September 2009, having trained with Dechert, and spent time on secondment to the firm’s Brussels, Paris and New York offices. Obtained the CFA UK Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management. She was named as a Rising Star of 2014 by Super Lawyers.
