As a Former Student I have a passion for this university. I take pride in my responsibility to help my clients utilize the amenities of the hotel in a way that promote the academic, research and athletic missions of the university. Relationship building and serving customers are vital to what I do. From the initial moment of contact to the completed execution of each program, I provide prompt responses, highlight the features of our facility built to IACC exacting standards and offer creative solutions to customize the selling process for each group. I identify opportunities for the hotel to integrate further into the university market and community through partnerships, sponsorships and participation in various groups and events.Over 16 years in the hospitality industry has provided me with a skill set that uniquely prepares me to appropriately identify, prospect, qualify and manage business opportunities for the profitability of our property and ultimately the university. I am excited that my current position allows me the opportunity to mentor and grow junior managers.Ultimately, I love what I do! I am particularly passionate about the continued growth of our hotel in the College Station community where my Aggie roots are firmly planted.
