• I am the first point of contact for all HR enquiries and policy queries from employees and partners within the firm’s Real Estate Group across nine offices. I have the responsibility of dealing with all aspects of HR.
• Giving advice and support on the firm’s HR policies and procedures.
• Providing support in relation to employee relations matters including performance management and sickness absence.
• Creating job adverts/descriptions, short listing and interviewing candidates, undertaking skills or role based tests and providing feedback.
• Dealing with maternity, paternity, shared parental leave and flexible working requests.
• Identifying training needs and sourcing suitable solutions.

• Providing general HR support within a national financial services company.Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support within all general areas of HR including; new starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, maternity, paternity, parental leave.
• Managing company fleet administration and providing day to day support.
• Processing flexible benefits and assisting with the Employee Opinion Survey and production of Total Reward Statements.
• Providing support to HR Business Partners with absence monitoring, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Recruitment support including; administering online tests, CV sifting, support during assessment centres and interviews.

Working as part of the HR team, I provided support to the HR Systems Advisor. I assisted with the creation of management information including headcount statistics and absence figures. I also provided administrative support to the wider HR team as requested.
