Responsibilities:- Develop new clients in multinational industry, mainly focus on sales marketing, back office and technical position, such as: GM, Operation Manager, Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Finance Controller, Shared Service Director, Supply Chain Director and positions in multinational manufacturer- Delivery job orders according to SRA SOP and work schedule- Provide instruction and on-job training to researchers in the process of order delivery when necessary- Keep long term relationships with clients using some sales and service tools, such as MEOS, QPP, and White PaperAchievements:- Developed clients in multinational industry successfully, 2011 contribution to 120W to our team.- Finished 0.8 million, 100% overachieved sales target in year 2012，Target 40W- Successful placed 25 candidates in year 2011-Communicate with HR and hiring manager, to make clear the requirements. And make clear the target company, reasonable adjustment of resources.-Searching & Mapping-Communicate and brief with the candidate, analyst if match the positions requirements and suggestion for passing the interview.-Coordinate with the candidate and the HR for the time of the interview -OFFER negotiation, including the salary and the position,Compare with the other offers what are on the candidate hands.-Help the candidate on board and passing the probationary.
