Undertaking routine analysis including OG/ABV, WAL, Colour pH, N2, TPP, VDK, Nibem, BU, Iso/Tetra, Glycol, Haze/HFT, SO2, and water checks to ensure Department KPI’s are met. Delivering training for sensory panellists; analysis of sensory data to drive product improvement (for BrewDog, OverWorks and LoneWolf products) and the delivery of projects in conjunction with the Analytical, Microbiological and R&D Teams.
