Started as a consultant in October (through my own consulting firm) and then I was invited to join as a full time employee in March. Led the upgrade of ProService main payroll system (PrismHR). Managed the migration of the on prem databases to a cloud environment. Next, I led the migration of 1,600 clients in 2021 to the new cloud based interface.Implemented the Scrum Framework best practices, while coaching multiple teams towards moving from a hybrid model into a scrum and Kanban framework. Facilitated daily scrums, sprint planning, grooming, retros and sprint reviews.

I was offered a full time position after one year as a consultant to manage the cloud migration program from the strategy phase through application and workload migrations leveraging cloud computing and post migration operations and optimization. Managed our partnership with professional services consultants and managed services providers. Leveraged AWS Experienced Based Acceleration (EBAs) methodology to increase migration velocity.Responsible for cloud governance and cost management for Amazon Web Services.

Joined Jack in the Box as a consultant when they were just starting the process of modernizing the Business Intelligence department and product offers through a migration from on-prem SQL and Oracle Databases to AWS Redshift and Tableau. As the Scrum Master, I was responsible for the overall program as well as coaching the team towards Agile best practices, Scrum framework, and ensuring adoption by facilitating all scrum ceremonies.

As a Project Manager & Scrum Master, I worked with the Medicaid Integrity Group Data Engine program for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. I was invited by NetTranslators, as a consultant, to work as a Localization Software Tester at one of the major data analytics solutions company in the US specifically testing a software for fraud prevention and detection. ►On-site QA at one of the major analytic solutions companies in the US, dealing with industry leading solutions for managing credit account and fraud.►Tested all areas of the software affected by localization, including software usability for the Brazilian market, some functionality, cosmetic and linguistic issues.►Reported and maintained bugs on Quality Center.►Participated in QA Team meetings with localization project manager and developers on discussions about software bugs, software testing problems and focus.
