Oversee the development and implementation of programming and operations for an NYC based prevention and social-emotional wellness program that provides workshops, presentations and consulting for independent school students, parents, and educators. Using a strategic prevention framework, we identify risk and protective factors within cultures of affluence and provide content expertise and training on consent education, gender based violence prevention, and substance use prevention.

Led the development and strategic direction of Preventing Violence Against Women & Girls:Engaging Men through Accountable Practice (EMAP), an innovative prevention curriculum and framework that will reach an anticipated 450 direct and 16,700 indirect beneficiaries in multiplecountries.Created content and conducted evaluations for EMAP trainings in Bangkok and Nairobi, attended by80 NGO & UN staff from 28 countries.Facilitated presentations on the EMAP model and strategies for prevention programming forNGO, UN, and IRC colleagues.Led strategy sessions with NGO colleagues and partners on how to build male leadership andmobilize communities in ways that are engaging, effective, and accountable to women and girls.Managed budget, reporting, and work plan for EMAP project.Conducted and incorporated research on best practices and evidence-based interventions related to preventing VAWG.

Directed strategic planning and organizational development efforts for a national non-profit that provides training and education to men and boys in an effort to promote healthy manhood and prevent all forms of violence and discrimination against women and girls.Managed efforts to meet goals for annual work plan, including the recruitment of 10 new board members; design of new outreach strategy, website, and public service announcement; development of research/evaluation tools; and creation of organizational database.Developed curriculum and oversaw the implementation of the Training Camp For Life (TCFL) program, a national initiative with the Verizon Foundation and National Football League Player’s Association that provided 3,400 teens in underperforming schools across the country with education about healthy relationships, respect and equality.Cultivated and managed relationships with board members, key partners, and new donors.

Oversaw operations and functioning of the Safe Harbor program - a gender-based violence prevention and trauma education program serving approximately 4,000 students and 300 school staff within 10 middle schools and high schools in New York City.Managed Safe Horizon School Programs training and technical assistance activities, reaching approximately 1,200 students and 150 school staff annually.Directed revision, implementation, and staff training of victim assistance and trauma education curriculum.Collaborated with non-profit partners, government officials, and youth leaders to plan and implement multiple city-wide awareness campaigns and conferences.
