I joined LJ Fiduciary as an Associate Director in the Trust Administration department in May 2018. I am responsible for the day to day management of a complex portfolio of HNW Private Clients, in various jurisdictions. This involves incorporating and managing structures to respond to the needs of the individual clients along side the usual debtor management, client communication, billing processes and coaching/mentoring junior staff. I act as a Director on our corporate entities and am also the Deputy MLRO.

6 months later I was promoted to the role of Associate Director - Accounting and Operations, which became a wide, interesting and varied role. I retained responsibility for the Accounts department, began signing off compliance procedures on New Business, continued as MLRO, supervising the Billing cycle, and Debtor management, review of cash collection. I liased with local auditors, regulators and Finance/HR departments in Jersey. Coaching and mentoring staff and authorising transactions for the staff, Assistant Managers and Managers in the Private Client department and continued on the Risk Committee. In addition, from January 2017 I took responsibility for a complex client portfolio focusing on structures for mainly Mexican UHNW individuals.

Following my close involvement in the acquisition process of Ardel by JTC Group and my increased responsibilities in the daily management of the business I was promoted to the above position on 1 July 2014 to acknowledge the Operational element of my role. I joined Ardel Trust Company in Feb 2012 as Senior Client Accountant with responsibility for the Accounts Preparation department.
