Assists the COO in aligning the vision and strategic direction for the Operations Department, while leveraging expertise in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and workplace culture.- Partner with the Executive Leaders to strengthen and align the organizational shift to a Shared Services model across multiple EVP lines.- Assist the change process to create common language, values, metrics, and behaviors for various departments.- Utilize workplace analytics to assess and evaluate Operations culture and climate.- Recommend initiatives to improve Operations employee engagement, job satisfaction and engagement.- Oversee onboarding program to integrate department employees smoothly into the organization.- Partner with HR to assess training and development of Operations Directors and individual contributors and recommend initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.- Build strong working relationships with Operations leaders to ensure an integrated approach to delivery of value-added service and strategic counsel to the organization.

- Supervise direct reports and provide regular feedback and evaluation of employees, including annual performance reviews- Manage team of 7 campus staff with co-director- Lead bi-monthly in-person team meetings- Consult campus staff and managers on DEI-related topics- Strategically recruit, hire, and onboard interns, new hires, and leaders- Direct multi-day conference with 75 participants from 14 different states- Facilitate bi-monthly staff competency trainings- Overseeing ministry in the Puget Sound with a focus in Seattle

- Build momentum for the vision by aligning programs, structures, conferences and teams around goals- Create student leadership curriculum and personal development plans- Recruit and onboard 15-25 new leaders annually- Oversee 20+ ongoing programs with 500+ students involved annually- Co-direct multi-day online conference for 100 participants- Investing in students at Northwestern University, University of Chicago, Seattle Pacific University, and University of Washington-Seattle

- Project management of client projects from start (opening a creative brief) to finish (trafficking to vendors)- Obtains client approvals in advance of initiating projects, including identification of target dates and budgets- Works with senior account management staff in preparation of client plans and recommendations
