Work with the Project Managers, Stakeholders, and end clients to fully define detailed business requirements to implement customized reporting solutions. Develop requirements for software programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Own the Voice of the Customer on the development team. Develop and implement automated ETL processes and BI mechanisms to house, retrieve, validate and report data critical to the daily operations of the business unit.

Process improvement cost/benefit analysis. Lead the transfer of multiple builds and production lines to many outsourcing suppliers simultaneously, ensuring products adhered to exact specs & minimal lead times.
