I am developing curriculum for our childcare department (ages 0-4) as well as providing support for the teachers in the classroom.

-Taught classroom of 8-12 year old children in an after school and evening program that focused creating an environment and program materials that enabled children to reach their potential.-Met with volunteers and met with co-workers to improve quality of care.-Completed departmental monthly report by compiling 33 individual employee's data into a large report that was sent to board of directors and Star of Hope president.
