Racheline Tantular is an award-winning international youth leader, public speaker, 2023 Young Woman to Watch in International Affairs and Melbourne Asia Game Changer, and 2025 John Monash Scholar. Racheline serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership (AASYP). Racheline worked as a Project Manager at Lydekker on technology and transnational crime. She was previously a Policy Advisor at Reset.Tech Australia and the Australian Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet on technology policy and multicultural policy respectively. Racheline is a University of Western Australia valedictorian with a BPhil (Hons) in Asian Studies and Music (Clarinet). Supported by the Fogarty and New Colombo Plan Scholarships, her thesis analysed state approaches to multiculturalism through the lens of shared religious spaces and incorporated primary research at the National University of Singapore. Racheline has lived in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, and China.
