CHANNEL MANAGEMENT:I manage email, website, and social media communications channels, including planning content, reviewing and presenting data, copywriting and design, and creating editorial calendars.In a year, I've increased followers across both main social media channels by about 25%, increased engagement rate by about 5% between the two channels. Our emails to almost 9k members receive a monthly open rate of about 31% compared to the 28% when I began my job.RELATIONSHIP & BRAND MANAGEMENT:I advocate and plan for premium and consistent experiences to maintain and grow our membership. My role includes an understanding of lifestyle marketing trends, current member engagement data and ideation and execution of strategic communications campaigns. I work collaboratively with those in my department and other colleagues across the association to ensure brand consistency and support for our membership. When brought on to the role, I established brand standards and proofing systems to create brand consistency across all KASB items and experiences.
