In 4 years, have seen the company grow from $17M to $34M in revenue and increased headcount worldwide (subsidiary offices,14% and corporate U.S. location, 20% in 3 years).As a department of one, I am responsible for all aspects of HR -- serve as plan administrator to 401k, manage all group benefit plans from negotiations of contracts to informing employees of benefit options and processing enrollments, single point of contact for all employee relations issues/concerns, responsible for all talent management activities from acquisition to retention, evaluate and make recommendations for compensation changes. Notable projects include implementing a performance management program along with an annual talent review process and launching a talent brand via an employee and brand engagement campaign. Also played a key role in helping the organization achieve ISO9001:2015 certification for our U.S. location.
