As a chartered Occupational Psychologist I am experienced in the end-to-end delivery of complex global recruitment solutions from concept, design, implementation and evaluation. An expert in the design and implementation of large-scale recruitment solutions, I've regularly taken the role of project lead, or project director in leading a team of consultants to deliver a best-in-class solution for the client. Most recently, this involved designing a new end to end recruitment process for a high volume, customer facing role within a large, international retail client. I am an experienced people and commercial manager, previously having managed the entire UK&I training business for CEB, as Interim Consulting Director at PSI, and more recently implementing a new business line within the consulting operation.
