Manage internal accounting and finance functions including payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, and governmental and non-governmental grants billing and reporting. Reporting directly to CFO/COO, assist with all financial reporting, budgeting, and financial statement audits. - Provide forecast recommendations for demand, margin and inventory metrics at the SKU, collection, vendor and department level, as part of weekly business reviews, as well as monthly Open-to-Buy presentations- Strategically price assortment to reach discount and margin targets and maintain optimal inventory levels - Manage inventory flow for 4000+ stocked items- Evaluate new season launch sales trends (daily, month-to-date, web-to-date) and publish headlines to internal partners daily- Train and manage two direct reports: Merchandise Planner, and Sr Inventory Analyst - Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Sourcing and Product Development) routinely to identify and resolve issues involving pricing, vendor production and delivery, and product quality

- Compiled and presented weekly business reviews to cross-functional business partners, Planning, Merchandising and Sourcing- Managed inventory flow and place monthly buys for 1500+ stocked items- Developed and refined pricing methodology, partnering with Merchandising to execute weekly and promotional event discount targets. Presented pricing proposals to team weekly.- Managed Planning Coordinator and worked with him/her (two different coordinators within my tenure) to place, track and update orders- Built bottom's up SKU/Collection demand forecast and buy plans for Spring 2014 Season launch - total of 685 additional stocked items- Provided regular (bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, etc.) reporting on New collection performance and key stocking updates for Spring assortment launch
