Managed performance appraisals, corrective actions, incident investigations, and employee morale programs for multiple locations. Responsible for recruiting hourly and salaried employees, conducting new hire orientations, maintaining employee files, entering data into the HRIS, and overseeing employee relations. Successfully represented the employer in unemployment appeal hearings with a 100% success rate. In coordination with the HR Manager, counseled supervisors and management, assisted in training initiatives, and processed salaried payroll. Maintained required data for EEOC/AAP reporting requirements.

Performed environmental inspections on pre-1978 construction buildings on Fort Campbell, KY. Upon completion of inspection, a report was generated and findings were communicated to various levels of civilian and governmental managers.
