We do this by proving guided sessions in our platform using AI technology that makes facilitation easier with our digital cofacilitator, leaving the important work of having real and authentic dialogue led by the life facilitator.WHY TRANSLATOR?Organizations want our solution because asynchronous Learning Management Systems (LMS) don’t work for DEI and they also don’t want to pay expensive, inconsistent, and hard-to-schedule 3rd party DEI training companies. They also need to invest in their culture and comply with Environmental Social Governance (ESG) policies for DEI.My accomplishments include: - Partnered closely with senior business and HR leaders to create a custom learning roadmap/strategy and executing on it with over 200 mid-to-senior level internal stakeholders, representing over 50 companies from 200 – 50,000 employees each- Developed four unique DEI learning experiences in the Translator platform with over 90% positive feedback from participants, with that rating maintained across a broad range of facilitators with varying identities, backgrounds and experience- Led the creation and launch of a pioneering train-the-trainer program for internal company facilitators to be able to lead DEI sessions with their employees at scale, with a 100% engagement rating in an ongoing community of practice- Designed and analyzed a benchmarking dashboard to track costs and organizational effectiveness, as well as complex analytics and reporting delivered to our customer business leaders to ensure more than 100% annual recurring revenue (ARR) year-over-year when their seat license(s) are up for renewal -
Chief Executive OfficerUnincarcerated Productions Sep 2023 - PresentI have been volunteering as an advisor with this organization for several years, but have recently stepped into the role of CEO. We've developed a reentry simulation training called Fair Chance that we deploy to organizations seeking to understand folks who are formerly incarcerated and who make up 3% of the US population. Among other objectives, we help participants understand how they might be a more accessible employer for those who have been justice involved to get a job and be supported to keep that job, given some unique challenges. As an organization, we seek to tell the stories of justice involved people and change the public narrative around it. We do this through film, television and podcast productions, as well as through partnerships with nonprofit, corporate and public organizations. In 2024, we have our first in prison podcast production starting, multiple documentaries and TV shows in the works, as well as partnering with several nonprofits in the justice-impacted space to produce their educational video-based content. Please reach out if we might be a good fit to partner with you for your purpose-oriented video production and creative needs. -
