Theseinclude the first-ever Broker/Homeowner Renewal Partnership Program and the Paradigm Homeowner digital communication strategy. I also reorganized the collection department byrisk-ranked arrears, which boosted call centre efficiency by 15% and cure rates by 10%.Subsequently, this effort significantly reduced losses for foreclosures.In addition, I instituted a new telephony call centre system across the organization, includinga complete solution for auto-dialling technology for the sales teams. Through this, I was ableto eliminate the need for 3rd party vendors, bringing cost savings to the company whileimproving overall productivity.
