Manages resources of various technical backgrounds to accomplish team goals and drive change based on network quality and performance standards.

Primary contact for all aspects of the network upgrade process across all regions for X2E; working from project creation to migration for seamless handoffs between groups. Responsible for daily tracking of the regional GPON deployments to ensure commitment dates are met and for upstream reporting on project progression.

Maintain pertinent product communication across impacted teams to ensure relevant information is available for planning and engineering next step decision needs. Manage current state platform data on the national website, including software loads, features sets, and vendor roadmap projections.

Conduct technology and platform assessments, develop test plans and documentation, create process flows, manage vendor negotiations, and led standardization teams for the timely deployment of network equipment and/or technology to deliver quality services to the customer. Manage cross functional teams to successfully deploy newly standardized equipment in order to expand the broadband footprint in the Access Network.

Analysis of area network capacity, conversion of projected exhaust dates into deployment schedules, and delivery of relevant data for upper level project evaluation. Creation of site profiles including forecast, platform and exhaust data, to economically justify technology deployment

Creation of Floor Space Studies for budget justification of major projects in support of growth and new business opportunities. Responsible for the management of the multimillion dollar annual budget allocated for Central Office building expansion and remodel activities. Primary contact for CLEC placement requests within the co-location process.
