Duties and Responsibilities:•Handles 9 associates and directly reporting to the General Accounting Manager•Manage the functional processes for North America such as Retail Accounting, Corporate Reporting and Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting, and Plant Accounting by leading the General Accounting Team including development and implementation of procedures and methods to monitor work activities•Performs ongoing operational analysis and prepare appropriate recommendations and reports for management.
