1. Designing and running holistic community development methodologies and programs for NGOs and community organisations. This involves: a. Designing and conducting community engagement and facilitation sessions, b. Identifying impact metric / measures, c. Conducting needs assessments and asset mapping, d. 1. Managed end-to-end community development projects & programmes worth up to USD 1 million with UNHCR, UNDP, The Obama Foundation, Malaysian Institute of Architects, Chow Kit Foundation, Tetrapak (Nestle), Sime Darby, & other local and international humanitarian, nonprofit & corporate organisations. - Conducted baseline assessments on short- & long-term social, economical & environmental impact for 8 projects, identifying & reporting on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats of all areas within the project. - Developed & conducted 8 community-wide engagement, asset mapping & needs assessment programmes for small- (10px) to medium-sized (500px) communities using qualitative & quantitative survey methods from door-to-door interviews, community-led mapping, information gathering workshops, surveys, & facilitating private & public community meetings. - Ran over 30 small- (10px) to medium- sized (40px) participatory design, design thinking & participatory planning sessions with project stakeholders. - Co -managed & -implemented targeted & localised infrastructure (shelter, communal facilities, & water & sanitation) & community programmes (capacity building, education, job creation & entrepreneurship). - Developed & delivered capacity building & ToT programmes. 1. Developed a design crowdsourcing online platform to provide easy-to-follow building and infrastructure design solutions for NGOs and low income groups.2. Created an IKEA-style design submission template to ensure designs can contribute to empowerment through self-sourcing and self-building.3. Built a design community of over 200 architects and designers, resulting in the execution of 5 small to medium size community-based and social projects in Malaysia.

Led a growing nationwide movement to promote cultural awareness and understanding using media and art with partners such as the British Council, ASEAN, M&C Saatchi, UCSI University, Taylor’s University, EcoWorld and more.2. Created 400 food-painting art pieces, engaging over 8000 persons each month through social media.3. Hosted 8 cultural exchange and community fundraising events, attended by over 400 persons cumulatively.4. Co-produced a 1.5 hour long documentary highlighting the cultures of Malaysia, filmed over a span of 1 year which premiered on Malaysia Day 2016 (16th September).5. 1. Executed community engagement, field assessment, asset and site mapping, and co-designing programs with clients and communities such as: a. Indigenous communities - Hulu Tamu, Serendah, Gombak Batu 12, and Sungai Lalang Bahru b. NGOs / Organisations - Epic Society, Zomi Refugee Education Center, Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (Malaysia), and Under One Woof c. Colleges and Universities - UCSI University and RENG College2. Recruited and trained over 160 community engagers, architects, students and builders to map, co-design and build with the beneficiary communities.3. Designed and constructed 5 houses, 15 latrines, furniture, housing for stray animals, and research and development of an affordable modular housing solution.4. Co-designed the master program concept for the 27 storey Raja Laut Towers sitting on approximately 400,000 sq ft of lettable area. The concept integrates the upskilling of beneficiaries from Chow Kit Foundation and other local NGOs with corporate businesses.5. Designed 3 Youth Development Pilot Programs with Chow Kit Foundation, Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace, Petaling Jaya and Lembah Pantai Municipal, and local secondary schools for at-risk youth below 17 years old to learn critical thinking, problem solving and entrepreneurial skills through design thinking.

1. Design architect for low-cost modular self-build housing, flood resistant relief housing, and off-grid water collection and sewerage systems, building in over 10 rural and semi-urban villages.2. Build team leader training over 100 new builders.
