While working as the Support Engineering Manager Greenhouse, I was also temporarily responsible for managing a second team, the Customer Support team in NYC. This additional assignment lasted until we hired a new manager for that team. In September 2019, I returned to only managing the Support Engineering team.

At Greenhouse, I help our customers have an awesome experience by addressing questions on the technical parts of our product, like our iFrames, APIs, and partner integrations.

Managed the invoicing and auditing of four unique customer accounts with invoice balances totaling over 5.6 million dollarsPerfected billing processes for 1,300 contractors in over 20 offices across the United States and in Puerto RicoPerformed extensive research on client accounts including running 25 reports each week to proactively resolve invoicing discrepanciesProvided technical support to clients and internal employees

I helped students develop as writers by leading one-on-one consultations with them. During the consultations, the student and I would read through their essay and discuss how to improve the core aspects of their writing, such as thesis development, the organization of ideas, and the effectiveness of the examples and explanations the student used. More than just improving each individual essay, the goal of the consultations was to give the students the skills to become stronger and more confident writers. In addition to drop-in appointments at my college's Learning Commons, I also worked with certain students regularly throughout the course of each semester. My work with these students included helping them identify patterns in their writing and setting goals for them to achieve over the course of the semester.
