For over 15 years, she has been an entrepreneur and CEO of Frontline Marketing & Promotions, providing her business, marketing, operations, and executive coaching expertise to clients who are leaders in their industry, such as ADT, Amazon, AutoNation, Best Buy, Dolby, Electronic Arts, Florida Power & Light, Pernod Ricard, Plantronics/Poly, Staples, Netgear, Microsoft and Walmart.In addition to serving big clients, Rachelle’s passion for staying on the cutting edge of technology and participating in the innovation economy led her to pursue tech startup advising. Passionate about enterprises that sit at the intersection of community, culture and technology, during COVID, she acted as COO of AMP Global, an Africa-based tech, entertainment, and fintech startup, successfully launching their services and now sits on their Board of Directors. Currently she is leading UWG's (the longest standing multicultural advertising and marketing agency) entry into Africa. Rachelle is also a mentor to both rising and established executives, sharing her expertise to help guide their success. A native of New Orleans, she has lived in Boca Raton, Florida for over 30 years with her husband Patrick, President and CEO of the Urban League of Palm Beach County, and is the mother of three rising young professionals.
