About :I went from being told i was going to Fail by the Real Estate Broker who I first worked for, to one of the Top 30 Realtors in the entire Country and winning Editorial Excellence Award of the Year by Realtor Magazine. I got my Real Estate License in 2003 and my first listing I got was by cold calling people in the Big Phone Book. I landed my first YES from a woman who lived about an hour away from me, and of course I didn't turn it down. It was a 400k house I listed and every other broker she hired before me failed to sell it. I sold it within the first month and had my first closing. That was the day when my confidence in the Real Estate Game started to shine. One great story was when I found 10 clients on Craigs List who wanted to buy in a condo conversion called the Mirador in South Beach. People started standing in line 6 days before the sales center opened. I hired two homeless guys to stand in line for me and paid them $100 a day. 10 of my clients showed up the day the sales center opened and I closed 2 million in sales.In 2008 I ventured into Commercial Real Estate because I have a strength for networking, connecting people, and listening. My first Commercial Deal was a 7.5 Million dollar marina in Crystal River Florida. Soon after that the crash happened and a transacted some bulk condo deals 50 cents on the dollar. I also found a CLASS A condo in the ICON South Beach from Bank of America and sold it to my client at a huge discount. The day he closed it was worth almost 1 million more then what he paid and today it is worth 2 million more. I have been involved in almost every type of Real Estate Transaction. I am from London, Ontario Canada and have traveled to more then 80 CountriesWellness Experience: I have always been passionate about Health and Wellness since i have been young. I went on an athletic scholarship for rowing and published some fitness articles in Sports Medicine Journals and worked with a professional Hockey team doing their pre and post fitness testing.
