As a higher education administrator with 12 + years of experience in international education and intercultural learning, I’m passionate about the design and delivery of global experiential learning programs that focus on cultural humility and community engagement. My program and partnership development experience includes site visit travel to Peru, India, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Senegal, Switzerland, and Spain. I'm a member of NAFSA's Trainer Corps trained to lead the Collaborative Approaches to Developing Faculty-Led Programs, Critical Role of the Adviser, and Health and Safety modules of the NAFSA Core Education Program workshops, and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.As an advocate for advancing anticolonial methodologies and anti-oppressive pedagogy in Western academia, my work seeks to center equity in higher education and to reimagine global education. I'm a PhD student researching global community engagement/intercultural learning at Purdue University. I’m currently living for decolonial abolition feminism and queer expansiveness.
